Stifel Theatre is a 3,000 capacity theater in the heart of downtown St. Louis. The only Flyover venue outside of The Grove neighborhood, Stifel Theatre first opened in 1934 as a part of the "Municipal Auditorium and Opera House". You can see headliner Sarah Silverman & Friends here on Friday night.
Hot Java Bar is a 300 (seated) capacity concert venue and bar located on the Manchester strip in the heart of The Grove entertainment district. The venue will host several headline events, including Ron Funches and Patti Harrison & Jo Firestone here on Saturday, plus River Butcher and Stand-up On The Spot on Thursday night.
The Improv Shop serves as St. Louis’ premier long-form improv training center and performance venue. The venue is a pillar of the Saint Louis comedy scene, and will host several headline events in 2019, including Big Grande, Matt Besser, and Kenice Mobley.
Handlebar is one of St. Louis’ post popular nightlife spots. The bike-themed bar and longtime anchor of The Grove will serve as host of two Flyover open mics throughout the weekend.
Tropical Liqueurs is a laid-back bar in The Grove neighborhood, dispensing frozen cocktails in an assortment of flavors, plus beer & mixed drinks. Sip on one of their specialty Trops Slushies and catch the Zach Noe Towers show here Saturday night.
The Dogwood is a modern, luxe event venue with a lounge-like atmosphere. You can catch the STLMade Showcase here on Thursday night, featuring some of the best up-and-coming, local talent in St. Louis.
